Kate and Piers were married Suffolk’s most famous and impressive church at Blythburgh. A military wedding complete with the traditional Guard of Honour followed by a blustery stroll on the beach and seafront with their dog Wilson and a vintage tea party at The Swan where the smallest wedding cake was cut with the longest knife! Then on to Elms Barns near Beccles for more celebrations.
Sorry I know I’m over-blogging here but equally I know Mr and Mrs Lewis are awaiting pictures and welcome them. Anyway enjoy these for now and watch this blog for a link to all the images that made my edit and details on purchasing prints coming up soon.
The beach huts by the way are Take it Easy and Here’s Hoping, not bad mottos to start a marriage with and yes, Wilson the dog is having a quick snooze in those brief rays of winter sun!:
It’s been a while since I posted largely because I’ve been finding it hard to keep up with the workload… not that I’m complaining! As well as the usual out and about photography that I do (weddings, events, pr, families etc), I’ve recently been busy expanding my business into product photography now that I have a fully functioning brand new studio here in Suffolk. It feels great to have my very own dedicated studio space at last!
I’ve been photographing beauty products and quilts recently and a number of studio based children and portraiture shoots are coming up soon.
Meanwhile, last weekend I photographed Piers and Kate’s amazing wedding which had no less than three locations: Blythburgh Church, Elms Barns near Beccles and The Swan at Southwold will be posting highlights of their day here very soon.
