All life converges at a wedding, and as a documentary and portrait photographer, your wedding is a photo opportunity made in heaven for me. At the centre of it are the two of you celebrating your love for each other surrounded by all those most important to you.

Weddings embody all the storytelling and aesthetic elements I love to capture as a photographer. Visually they are a feast of beauty and elegance, and then there is the emotion - the excitement and anticipation as you prepare that morning, the drama, ritual and romance of your ceremony - and that moment you make your vows – and the fun, laughter and camaraderie as you celebrate.

Whatever scale your wedding takes, my aim will be to record unobtrusively the events as they unfold and to capture the connections between you both and your family and friends. I will record not just the key moments but also the quieter, more anecdotal ones that you yourselves may miss.

After your wedding, I will personally retouch every image that makes my edit and present you with an online gallery to view them. When you look at your images, I want to give you a stunning visual reminder of this most special day in your life, and to surprise and delight you long after it is over in the record I produce for you.
