By use of Consent and a Contract for every client that I work for. Included in that contact is my Terms & Conditions which I require every client to read and sign before I embark on any paid work for them

I may collect the following information from my clients depending on the nature of the work I am entering into for them:

•    Date of births when necessary
•    Contact information including email address and postal address
•    Your emails to me and other information that you give me in relation to the work that we perform for you
•    Images that I have taken with your consent that will be stored by me on my computer/s securely, and may be used for promoting my business via my website or any other media – as detailed in my Terms & Conditions in my contract with you

•    Internal record keeping such as financial accounting.
