Sophie and Joe’s small family & close friends post first lockdown wedding in Richmond upon Thames.

First the sister, Josie’s wedding; then the brother’s - just lovely to return to families for their weddings! Rob and Buffy’s wedding at St Peter’ and St Paul Church, Ellesborough in Buckinghamshire followed by a marquee reception at Buffy’s family home.

Three locations for Raj and Anna’s nuptials starting at their home in Gunnersbury, then by limo to Chelsea Old Town Hall for the ceremony and onto Zaika in Kensington for their celebrations.

I was the Oxfordshire Wedding Photographer for Harriet and Freddie’s stunning wedding which took place in three locations on a glorious summer’s day - Phyllis Court, the Stag and Huntsman and St Mary the Virgin Church, Hambleden, and finally to Freddie’s family estate for the celebrations.

A return to Suffolk for Sophie and Tom’s beautiful church and marquee autumn wedding, where we had all weathers but spirits were high and no one gave monkeys - far too much fun was being had to care about the rain and I took photographs for 14 hours!

A wonderful wedding at St Mary church, Teddington with a carriage with six white horses taking the bride and groom across Bushy Park to their wedding reception at Hampton Court House.

Saturday took me to a super-relaxed intimate family wedding at York House in Twickenham for Sophy and Andy and their baby girl, followed by a reception for their friends too at The Victoria pub in East Sheen.

Another visit to Hampton Court House on a beautiful Spring day for Claire and Nick’s joyful wedding for which they hired the house for the whole day using the Grand Hall for their ceremony.

April saw me stepping out into a lovely spring morning to photograph Evelina and Brett’s beautiful wedding at Orleans House Gallery in Twickenham.

When I look at this dress and the exquisite posy of roses with lamb’s ears for the greenery, it just makes me feel calm and inspired - that despite all the world’s craziness, beauty in nature is a constant in our lives and in natural materials and the amazing things that people craft from them.

I am very lucky as a wedding photographer to have Hampton Court House, just down the road and across Bushy Park for me, as a wedding venue and it is a wonderful place to shoot in.
