Planning a Wedding, Christening or Special Occasion?

I have had the pleasure of photographing three Christenings this last month and I am looking forward to my next wedding in a couple of weeks. I’d love to hear about your wedding, christening or special occasion so please visit my wedding pricing page to get a sense of my fees and what’s included. All weddings are different though so please get in touch for a chat with me about yours and I can give you a tailored price.

Current measures in place due to the pandemic:

Currently, 30 guests allowed at a Wedding or Christening. Those working are not included in the 30. First Dance permitted but dancing discouraged.

From 21st June 2021, the numbers of guests permitted at weddings will technically be unlimited but will be dependent on capacity because of the need for social distancing whether in a wedding venue or at a private home.
First Dance is again permitted but dancing discouraged.

From 19th July 2021, the hope is that all restrictions on social contact will be removed.

Sophie & Joe’s Wedding - July 2020 post the first lockdown 30 guests.

You may be thinking that a wedding this small wouldn’t justify hiring a photographer.
I hope the Photofilm below will change your mind. Small but every bit as important, emotional and joyful.

You have made us laugh and cry. I cannot believe how well you have captured each of our guest’s personalities and so many hidden magical moments that now we will never forget. We will cherish these pictures forever.

Select the white arrow below, turn up your sound & enjoy highlights of Sophie & Joe’s emotional intimate west London wedding in Hampton Richmond upon Thames.

London International Festival of Early Music - October 2020, filmed and recorded with social distancing and brought to the public online in November.

Anna has photographed our festival for us for the past couple of years and, despite the challenges of a global pandemic and the lack of a physical event, she has produced the most wonderful, unique, dynamic and creative bank of images for us. Under difficult circumstances with social distancing in place, Anna spent a couple of days capturing our filming sessions, working closely with professional artists and a team of visual and audio engineers. Anna’s imagination and ability to see images that nobody else knew existed, is incredible. It has resulted in quirky, characterful and spontaneous photos that we are completely delighted to have, and have used extensively across our website, on social media platforms, and in print.

We love working with Anna. She is practical, enthusiastic, hugely creative, 100% reliable, and respects everybody she works with, at all levels.

Family/Newborn Photography with Baby Beatrice 11 days old October 2020

Baby Beatrice, a special baby born in extraordinary times. We were able capture her and the new family with social distancing in her first week of life.
In 2020 I was able to photograph just 3 other families but all successfully and safely at social distancing.

Headshot & Portrait Photography in 2020

Between lockdowns, when it has been safe and permitted to do so, I have been meeting clients either outdoors, or receiving them in the studio for professional headshots using social distancing.

I have adapted my techniques with social distancing, taking a slightly different approach in terms of lenses used and how we work together at a session logistically and photographically.

Just a couple of examples below, but if you are looking for a professional headshot soon, please get in touch as we can get a date into the diary.
